Yes, the Maryland dad was a migrant smuggler!

The man who hired him is working with the Trump DOJ under a limited immunity deal.

I will say that there will likely be some criticism for providing the boss with limited immunity to tattle on one of his workers. That sort of seems back-ass-wards. But then again, the circumstances here may actually warrant such a move.

Now, some (perhaps even many) will argue that this is all red herring. It really isn't about whether or not Garcia is actually a decent hard working Maryland dad just looking to get by. It is about the so called "due process" that is supposed to provide more power to the judicial branch for normal operations that our constitution has granted to the executive branch.

In other words, look for the narrative to flip from Garcia being a victim here and to a more straight ahead legal argument that pushes the fact that he was deported against a court order, you know because lord forbid we hold just certain people accountable for court orders. Pretty sure when Garcia was given a work release he had to make some sort of guarantee that he would play by the rules. But he didn't.

Either way, the concept of the Democrats fighting tooth and nail for a known wife beater and migrant trafficker seems more and more like a loser. The migrant transportation is a crime that carries a possible sentence of up to five years in prison (Class E Felony).

(ii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law;

So now if Garcia is brought back to the United States it would be to serve him with an arrest warrant and send his ass to jail as a felon. Perhaps it would be better for Garcia at this point to willingly stay in El Salvador to avoid being prosecuted and jailed here in the United States. After all, he would be deported upon release anyways.

Rat - that would trigger all the right people. According to my research it is a sentence of no less than 1 year and no more than 5 years. But I wonder if they could get a higher sentence on multiple counts as it was suggested he did it several times.

He probably is going to want to stay in El Salvador at this point.

Odpowiada osobie:

Well, we could always treat him like a J6 defendant and lock his ass up for several years and THEN run him through the process I outlined.

The real lesson here for anyone interested in learning it is that the power of our government resides in both the administrative/regulatory state and the judicial state. The left has done a superb job of burrowing into the federal agencies and "governing" (read - ruling) by the administration of regulations, and by installing judges in the lower courts who possess the power to fuck things up for fucking ever. A Chief Justice Clarence Thomas would bring the hammer down on these Soros-clowns in an instant. Roberts otoh? He's on THEIR team.

Ultimately you…

Fine.

Bring his ass back, crush him under a mountain of FEDERAL charges, convict his worthless ass, then bury him in the deepest bowels of a Fed Super-MAX Pen for the longest term legally possible, then deport the piece of shit.
