Phone records show that Fani and Nathan were engaged in something well before he was hired.
2000 phone calls, nearly 12,000 text messages, and phone GPS shows over 35 times they met at Fani's apartment in the months before she appointed him special counsel and paid him $650K out of Georgia Tax Payer money. This would include several times it would appear that he spent at least most of the night at the apartment. I guess phone GPS does not lie!
Now this would be bad enough under any circumstances. But given that the bulk of their "racketeering case" is built on the concept that making false statements to the court and perjury is akin to an ongoing criminal enterprise worthy of RICO consideration, the idea that the two of them just committing the same behavior in the middle of their investigation is sort of disqualifying. These two openly presented the judge with obvious false statements and then both went under oath and lied to the judge. They did not lie about something immaterial, but lied specifically to cover up the concept that Fani hired her unqualified lover to be the lead prosecutor. I would offer that the evidence of them lying about the start of their relationship calls into question their assertion that Fani paid Nathan thousands in cash to reimburse him for the documented expenses he charged in their name to his company credit card.
These two are scum of the earth going back to how Nathan has been lying during his divorce proceeding and hiding things from his wife by using his company credit cards. Not only was he having an affair on her, but he filed for divorce one day after being appointed the cushy $250/hour special counsel gig. The idea that Fani hired her lover (a civil attorney with no experience prosecuting racketeering cases) and then helped him spend portions of his $650K windfall makes her no better. The fact that they openly and brazenly lied about it in open court and then demanded this was all about racism is just further proof that they have no ethics, no morals, and obviously no remorse. They truly believe that they are above the laws that they are prosecuting.
Paul Sperry on X: "Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis claims cellphone data doesn't prove anything and that the CellHawk technology Trump's team used has "little evidentiary value." Really? Has Fulton County District Attorney's Office ever used CellHawk data in any cases it's prosecuted in the past?" / X (twitter.com)
The democrats are actively planning this, right out in the open, and the GOP will never see it coming:
Oh, and the FBI? Yeah, shut it the fuck DOWN -
