I was about 50-50 that this would be guilty vs hung. It seemed like everyone was expecting a hung jury or even an acquittal until we saw the judge allow a 6 hour closing providing that bordered on prosecutorial misconduct and the judge providing incorrect jury instructions the next morning.
I still held out hope there was one or two people on the jury who were brave enough to stand on principle.
