World Professional Association for Transgender Health has been spearheading the push to transition youth. But now they have been accused of fraud.

The transgender community has gone to great lengths to suggest that everything they do it based on science and medical expertise, even as they tend to actually fall on the wrong side of both. There is literally no scientific or medical evidence to suggest transitioning youth is a good idea. But they have pushed the idea none-the-less.
Now they are suing the Federal Trade Commission over findings that they have committed fraud. Their lawsuit suggests that their advice regarding transitioning children or how to treat children suffering from gender dysphoria has just been an opinion all along and everyone knows opinions are protected under the First Amendment freedom of speech clause.
So they are now admitting what we all knew all along. Their guidance was never based on science or medical expertise, but rather it was a political opinion all along. This is by their own legal argument. Whether or not they win with this argument in court will be interesting to say the least.
