Wildfires ravage California. Is nature and circumstance the only thing to blame?

Obviously people are taking shots at Newsom and other leaders in the area

There has been a lot of back and forth about a lack of water, firefighting funding getting cut so they could send funds to Ukraine, being short firefighters because of DEI, and of course the long standing environmental rules that seem to get in the way of certain fire control. Conservative are always eager to cite these issues anytime the fires get too large, which seems to be happening more and more frequently. Of course liberals demand that wildfires are little more than a natural disaster and liken them to hurricanes and tornadoes that nobody can control and that it is unfair to blame any liberal politicians for them, or apparently the response to them.

I watched a video last night of a news team who was criticizing those who were suggesting that firefighters were not running out of water. It was literally a news anchor stating that "no firefighters has told this news station that they have run out of water." They then cut to their reporter at the scene who opened her dialogue with the statement that firefighters there have told her that they have run out water and have no way to fight the fires as they are spreading from house to house. Ahem.

As of the last time I looked, California is still saying that they have zero containment of these fires, so who knows what might actually burn down when all is said and done. At this point there doesn't even really be a proposed solution to getting this under control. Perhaps they should call the team from "Fire Country" and see if they can help. Well, they are actors, but it might be better than nothing, huh?

The bigger issue is that this fire may actually put the nail in the coffins of private insurance companies insuring anyone in California. Apparently after most of the insurance companies stopped selling fire insurance, California started a sort of state insurance that is supposed to draw from the larger pool of private insurers when need be. So even though these companies are not selling insurance or collecting premiums, this California law is suggesting that they could still be on the hook. Some are stating that this could cost the insurance industry billions. Not sure where this will all go, but who would purchase a three million dollar home (the average cost in some of these neighborhoods) if a fire and run through and burn it to the ground and you have no-one to insure you? That could become a problem.

The studio was used by Hunter to work on the paintings he uses to fund his lifestyle, although any still there have also been wiped out.

Imagine the awful stench of burning human shit.
