Who won the DeSantis Newsom debate?

The right says DeSantis mopped the floor with Newsom, while the left criticized the format and seemed surprised DeSantis was not as bad as they expected.

Without watching the debate (because I care very little about these two right now) it would appear that DeSantis was the better of the two. Of course, much of that comes with the advantage of being a much more successful Governor than Newsom and likely the concept that the debate was moderated by Sean Hannity rather than the normal liberal MSM host.

All that being said, there is still a distinct possibility that these two may square off on a national stage before their two careers are over. It probably doesn't happen in 2024, but 2028 or even 2032 is a possibility. Right now, they clearly represent the best of the Governors that their collective Partys have to offer and so while it might not interest most of us, it probably says as much about America's future as any of the other debates we are witnessing right now.
