What the "deep state" gets away with is treasonous.

Looks as though complete fabrications from Capital police and Pelosi security detail put four people in jail for over 42 years and our Government hid the tapes from the defense?

Let's recap what happened:

• Officer Harry Dunn appears in a video to be very agitated and scared. He is standing right outside doorway that leads from an atrium to a stairwell. Dunn is single cop with a rifle and he is said to be warning people to stay back.

• There are four "Oathkeepers" and they are the closest to Officer Dunn. From the video it appears that they are facing him as he yells and then at some point they turn to face the crowd basically preventing anyone from moving through the doorway and getting near Officer Dunn. From the video, it appears that they are successful in keeping the Officer and the crowd apart. They do this either because they were protecting Dunn or protecting the crowd from what could have been a bad situation or possibly a combination of the two.

• In his initial interview with the FBI, it has been exposed that Officer Dunn suggested to them that he allowed the Oathkeepers to stand in front of him and gave a fairly favorable opinion about the four helping the situation from escalating. In a second interview, his story changed and he then suggested that the Oathkeepers were actually the worst of those who were harassing him, that they were aggressive, threatening, and were lying about making any attempts to assist. He categorially denied that they stood in front of him in the manner they described.

• A second special agent came forward (happens to be a member of Nancy Pelosi's security detail) and suggested that he also witnessed the aggressive and threatening behavior by the group. This helped to bolster the story for the Jury who eventually found the four men guilty of seditious conspiracy apparently because they harassed the threatened a police officer during a riot.

But what the video shows is that the Oathkeepers seem to gave been telling the truth about their actions. They video absolutely confirms that while there seems to had been some early back and forth between the officer and the four accused, they did turn around and appear to block the doorway in a manner than kept the rest of the protesters away from the officer. This obviously also confirms that Officer Dunn told the truth the first time he spoke to the FBI when he provided a more favorable account of the four people and proves that for some reason "lied" the second time he was interviewed when he suggested the opposite.

Moreover, the video shows that Pelosi's security officer David Lazarus was not even in the same building as Dunn at the time the Oathkeepers were in the building. He did arrive at one point to where Dunn was, but the four Oathkeepers were long gone by the time he got there. Lazarus could not have possibly witness what he testified in court to. It was obviously a lie.

At this point the question is whether or not these people got even the semblance of a fair trial. It appears that both the first interviews as well as the surveillance video was withheld from the defense. Withholding exculpatory evidence (that they had to have known about) is 99.9% of the time a open and shut prosecutorial misconduct case that 99.9% of the time exonerates the accused. But I have a feeling that this will end up being one of those 0.1% of the cases where it simply will not matter to the DOJ or the DC criminal justice system. They will do everything in their power to make sure innocent people who appeared to be trying to help are punished for sake of rhetoric and narrative.
