Biden was pretty much out to lunch from the beginning.

Now we are being told that Biden has had good days and bad days for pretty much the entire four years he was President. To what degree that Biden was a puppet may never be fully known, but we know he was never really the leader of the free world. The fact that his team had been faking it for the first four years was the reason why they seemed willing to move forward with another four years. Does this come as a surprise? Well, perhaps it shouldn't.
