Weiss to indict Hunter Biden?

What's the catch?

They (you all know they) say that the gun charge is a done deal. That will happen. They also suggest that the original tax charges will be brought again. What we don't know is whether or not there is anything else in the hopper here?

Is Weiss planning on making this the "end of the line" prosecution and then putting all of the rest of it (130 suspicious activity reports, 19 shell companies, 20 million dollars, FD-1023 report pertaining to bribes, etc...) to bed? Are we expected to applaud if he brings the open and shut gun charge and tax cases against Hunter? Even if he can get a conviction against a Biden in Washington DC (an unlikely task in my humble opinion), the "big guy" will simply pardon him.

The only way Weiss makes any real headway as a so called special prosecutor is if he pushes the envelope into the areas that need to be looked into. That (gasp) would involve looking into the FD-1023 and by association finally solving the big mystery of who this "big guy" is. You know the one who was cut in on all of the action to the tune of 10% to 50% depending on the deals.

Of course, David Weiss is not an independent special prosecutor because as a prosecutor for the Federal Government, he answers to the AG in his day to day job. McCarthy and others have pointed out that a special prosecutor (or special counsel) by law is required to be brought in from outside the government. The law does not permit the AG to promote a lackey from within the DOJ to pretend to do the job. But what use does our Attorney General have for Federal Law?

All signs point to just more cover up.

So as it stands, we are likely going to be relying on Congressional investigations (and possibly an impeachment investigation) to get any real information. Of course congressional investigations are largely political and politicized so most Americans take those with a grain of salt. That being said, it was the Congressional investigations (not the FBI or anyone else) who really open America's eyes to who Hillary Clinton was and exposed her behavior during her time as Secretary of State. Sometimes the evidence is so overwhelming it matters not who brings it. This might be one of those times.

Just like Bill Ayers back in the day. Guilty as hell and free as a bird:

My instincts are turning out to be correct. Kevin McCarthy, being the spineless fucking Uni-party twat that he is, will not bring this to Impeachment.

Remove the cocksucker. That was a condition of him becoming Speaker. Let's see someone in in the Freedom Caucus call for his removal.

House GOP lawmakers are signaling potential moves against Speaker Kevin McCarthy during leadership's frantic September push.
Why it matters: McCarthy is going to have to dodge multiple landmines to retain his gavel, with Congress having until Sept. 30 to pass legislation to avoid a government shutdown.
Pressure is rising against McCarthy himself, with renewed suggestions that a motion may be called for a floor vote on his speakership.

‘UNEXPECTEDLY:’

During the Obama years, “unexpectedly” appeared in so many headlines that it became a punchline — an expression of the journalistic class’s childlike wonderment in the world around them and their disappointment over their encounters with unmet expectations…This pattern of astonishment became a joke because conservatives were never as stupefied by the news as its chroniclers. The Obama administration’s efforts to catalyze an economic recovery ensured it would be sluggish, relying as it did on inefficient stimulus spending, counterproductive regulations of labor and financial markets, and marginal tax increases to cover existing federal obligations and a handful of pricey new obligations. The outcomes these policies produced were not “unexpected” to students of sound fiscal policy.
