Lets stop comparing and contrasting the behavior of Biden vs Trump. Lets compare and contrast the behavior of the FBI as it pertains to Biden vs Trump.
So let's start with the obvious. Biden did not turn over all of the classified documents he had as Vice President when he left office. If you actually went into the warehouse where all of Obama's Presidential records are stored, you will no doubt find documents that have classified markings on it. You could bet your farm on it if you owned a farm.
The issue isn't the classified documents or how they were handled by the collective players. The question is why did the FBI feel no need to look at Obama's Presidential records, his offices, or his home? Why (if classified documents were obviously missing) did they not go looking for them in various Biden offices where they were being stored? Why did the FBI not ever consider that Presidential records have to be combed over for classified documents by any President or Vice President ever... up until 2021?
We know other Presidents and Vice Presidents took documents with them that were classified. We know Bill Clinton did it without consequence. We know Joe Biden did it and will face no consequence? Why suddenly are the rabid angry TDS induced crazies on the left demanding that Trump go to jail for something probably every other President and Vice President did?
Lets be crystal clear. If Trump had been treated with the same respect and dignity as every other President when they left office (instead of the non-stop harassment and late night raids on his wife's underwear drawer) then there would never have been any allegations of "obstruction" or "misleading the FBI" or any other of the nonsense that is being spewed about this. If that is the "difference" as it is being argued right now by the liberal "influencers" then lets put the blame where the blame is deserved. On those who selectively decided to make a big deal out of something that has never in the past even been a "little" deal.
I just read an article from Andrew McCarthy who suggested that the case against Trump was stronger because he was still withholding documents? How would the FBI know he has documents, but didn't have a clue that Biden walked out of office with a few dozen back in 2017. Either they can keep track of this or they cannot be trusted in the least to do so. One or the other folks. But you cannot pretend that they did not know documents were missing in 2017 but suddenly became experts on missing documents four years later. It makes no sense what-so-ever.
What is clear here is that the hypocrisy and double standards are literally the only thing separating the two cases. Period. End of subject.

well there goes the safely in a locked office cabinet argument.
Also... notice that the actual attorney here told the truth. The issue was reported to the Justice department (not the National archives) and they turning them over to the Justice department (not the National archives).
But for some reason the actual Biden team is saying that they are cooperating with the national archives and the media is parroting that version of reality. Or there version of the movie (as Scott Adams would say). I still say this distinction is being used for political purposes. There is very little evidence that Trump did not cooperate with the actual "authorities". He allowed the FBI to come i…
