Virginia legislature looking at replacing the entire Virginia Supreme Court and replace them with justices that will rule in their favor?

They are thinking about lowering the mandatory retirement age to remove everyone.

Have you no shame is a phrase that comes to mind here. The idea that you simply replace the entire Supreme Court because you disagreed with their decision is ludicrous. But the concept, of course, is that they are likely thinking that the further they jump the shark on this one, the more people will believe that they were wronged.
To be clear, this was a pretty clear cut decision and if anyone was to be replaced it should be the three that were willing to allow the constitution to be broken.
The Democrats are providing disinformation and rhetoric (not legal arguments) to undercut the decision. They suggest that this was about physically posting something on a bulletin board, when it was actually 100% about timing. The constitution requires that the legislature passes the same referendum law in two separate sessions with an intervening election between before it can be presented to the public for a vote. Moreover, the law calls for the first legislative vote be passed and posted 90 days before the intervening election. They posted it less than one week before the intervening election, weeks after millions had already voted. For those millions, there was no intervening election.
Not only were Democrats aware of the bill, they pushed to pass a new law that would retroactively remove that 90 day criteria.
But currently they argue that the bulletin board deal is what the justices focused on, when in fact they focused almost entirely on the timing. Everyone understands that in 2026 most will get your public information on the internet, but of course not everyone has internet so what to do there (I assume there still is a bulletin board somewhere). But either way, it is red herring being presented to undermine a logical decision that literally follows the Virginia constitutional law. When you are willing to argue that you need to remove any Justices willing to follow Virginian constitutional law in order to pass your own agenda, what does that say about your agenda?
Now passing this sort of law and replacing the entire Virginia Supreme Court in time to get this map back in place would be a physical feat as well. But of course, if Democrats can push 90 days into less than a week, who knows what they could do.
Fetterman comes to mind...
This is awesome!
JUST IN: Virginia Democrats and AG Jay Jones appealed TO THE WRONG COURT while trying to get the Supreme Court to help reinstate their 10D-1R gerrymandered map
Filing with SCOTUS, Jay Jones wrote to "Supreme Court of Virginia"

Their last filing ALSO had tons of spelling errors at the state level These people are rushed, panicked, and incompetent!
I believe I noted during all the fraud in MN that once they started checking Medicaid, it would be a tsunami
Ohio gov candidate Vivek Ramaswamy sounds alarm about Medicaid fraud — after 288 companies found registered to same address
We need a few moderate democrats to step up and demand 'enough!'. There's only a few left.
