Amy Coney Barret spanks Ketanji Brown Jackson in her opinion, specifically criticizing the dissent.

This was the big one! At this point, 90% of the District Court decisions against Trump will need to be narrowed down to only those who are before the court. Moreover, this could prevent many of these lawsuits from taking place from an issue of standing. Considering most of these lawsuits are being brought by States and other liberal interest groups, rather than the people affected.
Considered all of the case regarding federal employees being fired. How can a district court judge determine how these people are injured, when they are not even hearing from the people being fired? This should also stop the concept of judge shopping as well, as they will need to file in the district of people specifically supposedly injured.
Will this put an immediate end to this problem? Of course not. There will be district court judges who will just blatantly thumb their nose at it and those that will try to be more clever how they make these rulings. Look for many emergency petitions straight to the high court from the Administration asking for the high court to "clarify" these various situations. Make no mistake, the left did not spend all this time finding these partisan district judges to do their political bidding, only to give up easily.
Oh, lookie here -
Perhaps the death of Barret's conservatism was overstated?
