US Destroyers cross the strait of Hormuz today to show the world that it is actually open.

The problem appears that many in the world want to believe that Iran is still in control.

So Trump did what Trump does and called the bluff of the Iranians. They sailed in and they sailed out without a problem. I assume they may start doing the same thing on some sort of consistent basis. I certainly would if I were the American military right now.
Of course, the Iranians simply suggested that the ships sailing through the strait was nothing really. In fact, they suggest that they ordered them to leave and that is why they went both directions. Ahem. They don't actually have a navy right now to even go after anyone?
The bigger part of the problem is that so many countries are so anti-Trump right now that they simply prefer to believe the propaganda machine from Iran. They apparently are willing to cut off their own nose to spite their face and lose money rather than admit that the US is right and that Iran is playing a silly game. But in the end, this is something that will simply take some courage from a few tankers to break the seal. Once some get through safely, why wouldn't others? How many companies are really willing to lose this sort of money over fake politics?
Let's be real here folks... Is Iran really going to press their luck and upset more people by somehow trying to attack foreign vessels in international waters? That would be against all international law you know! They have to follow it too!
