This certainly helps Trump as it looks like Biden had foreign intelligence on Ukraine, Iran, and UK among other classified documents!
Maybe it is just me, but this all probably affects the former President more than it affects the current one. I am about 99.99% certain that nobody will ever consider bringing any charges against Biden for this.
But it does make the special council Jack Smith's job more complicated given the fact that the current President has been found with similar classified documents as the former President he is investigating. I was 99% convinced that Garland passed the buck after the documents found in Mar-a-Lago were fairly benign. From what all of the leaks stated, there was nothing all that incriminating or otherwise any indications of nefarious activity surrounding them. They were just part of the larger group of documents brought with them when they took their Presidential records. That complicates a matter when you know it will be compared to the Comey standard of prosecutorial decisions regarding politicians. As in no reasonable prosecutor would bring charges given the lack of criminal intent by Hillary Clinton in simply having a rogue server and phone accessing classified documents.
I figured he passed it to a well known junk yard prosecutorial dog who could take on the role as the bad guy and bring the questionable charges that everyone knows the Biden administration wants to bring. But now he not only has to differentiate from what Clinton did, but he will need to differentiate if from what Biden has done.
Furthermore, the person investigating Biden "is" a former Trump appointee. If I was this guy, I might just openly say that I am waiting to see what Smith does before I make a determination on what we should do with Biden. That being said, it could still play out that Garland has to make a tough call and either undermine the current investigation or publicly broaden it into a full scale criminal investigation, which would likely end any hope of Biden running for a second term.
Oh... and lastly. Let's not forget the GOP House. I am sure they will want to get into this game as well with their own Congressional investigation.

Biden aides find second batch of classified documents at new location
On Monday, the White House acknowledged a "small number" of classified documents had been found in an office used by Biden.

Message...: Though much still remains unknown about the Biden documents, reports and statements so far indicate that the former vice president did not stash classified secrets at his personal residence and that his team immediately returned them without prompting from the Archives or the Justice Department. Initial reports also suggest that Trump possessed scores more classified documents than the number discovered at Biden’s office, an important detail prosecutors scrutinize in criminal cases involving classified documents.

Now how dumb is this take (a cut and paste, but something Roger actually believes is legitimate)???
Suddenly the idea of former Presidents and Vice Presidents being found to have classified documents after leaving office... is now considered by idiots to be…

And there's the rub...
The other day someone on twitter made the comment as to why we're even being taxed anymore. We vastly outspending the amount that we raise through taxation and we just fucking print the rest.
So what's the point of taxation at this point?
