Trump currently leads Biden in every swing state according to latest poll.

Trump is leading well outside the MOE in enough states to pick up 283 EC votes

Even the liberal publication "the Hill" is sponsoring a poll that shows Trump winning every battleground state, including Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is the only swing state Biden currently leads in the RCP averages, but that is driven by an outlier poll from Susquehanna showing Biden leading by 8 points. This isn't really much new, but just reinforces that nothing is really changing even as Democrats appear desperate to change the narrative.

I have even talked to some people personally who suggested that the fact that the GOP shot down the Border law was going to change things, but alas, the public seems too smart to fall for that.. or short of being too smart, they are too stubbornly tied to their belief that Trump will be better than Biden. All that ploy really seemed to do is shine a bigger spotlight on the border and that does not bode well for the President who turned 400K a year into 2 million.

Either way, the longer this pattern goes on the harder it will be for Biden to change anyone's mind. To the degree that the economy might be improving and inflation might be waning, we are still sitting around with less disposable income and the prices that skyrocketed are simply not coming down. Rising slower than they used to isn't going to convince anyone that we are past the problems. Biden cannot seems to create a cognitive strategy in the Middle East, Ukraine is still losing a war that is costing us billions, and if another shoe drops between now and the election (China/Taiwan) well then things will likely get worse (not better) for Biden.
