Trump approval on the way up!

Rumors of his demise have been greatly exaggerated.

So lets take a look:

• Economist: 46% - was 43%

• Rasmussen: 53% - was 49%

• Morning Consult: 48% - was 46%

• Quantus: 48% - was 47%

• Daily Kos: 47% - was 46%

While the movement has not been spectacular, it has been consistently positive for Trump. This certainly does not jive with the narrative that the legacy media are trying to push. Over the past week or so, my feed has been collecting multiple stories about how Trump is showing historically low approvals, mainly based on one or two polls. Gallup seems to be one that all the naysayers look to for their ammunition, and I saw the recent Reuters/Ipsos poll also cited multiple times. Oddly, these are both polls that sample "all adults" which in generally are not much help when it comes to election politics.

There are also polls that look positive overall, that these same media players are cherry picking crosstabs to suggest that Trump is losing support with various groups. However, the bulk of the polling shows he is consolidating minorities and men, not losing them. Picking and choosing a couple to prove otherwise only proves that these people are not true journalists.

At the end of the day, the government has not been destroyed because of DOGE cuts, our economy is not being brutalized by an international trade war that is making everything unaffordable, most people are not up in arms over deportations, and the country is not suddenly coming to the defense of the trans kids who want to play sports with those of the opposite sex. The fundamental issues that got Donald Trump elected have not changed. He is sticking to his game plan, and despite some rocky roads, he seems to be sailing along pretty steady.

This is starting to piss off all the right people.
