This is our President speaking to an international audience?

I suppose he is attempting to suggest that he balanced reduced the deficit by 1.7 billion dollars over two years. He then suggests that this somehow balances the budget because he passed a global warming bill. Of course we actually had a 1.357 trillion dollar deficit last year in spite of a huge increase in revenue.

Oh and 55 corporations that make 40 billion 400 billion (which is a very large number) paid zero in taxes. I am sure he was attempting to repeat a debunked idea about corporations that pay zero in taxes because that is what Joe Biden is best at.

When he is making any sense at all, it is because he is simply repeating a well known lie. But in this case, he could not even stammer out this particular lie in any reasonable fashion. I half expect some nurses and nursing home staff to come out and escort him off stage, telling him that everything will be okay once they bring him back to his room and give him some pudding.

Imagine... this is who we have in the White House? The man should be in a full care nursing home facility.
