Loudoun County Public Schools is the poster child of bad schooling as it pertains to "trans rights"....
A teenage girl who was sexually assaulted in a Virginia high school bathroom has sued Loudoun County Public Schools, alleging that school officials failed to heed warning signs about her attacker and responded to her May 2021 assault by trying to cover it up.
The teenager, who filed the lawsuit under the pseudonym “Jane Doe” along with her parents, was 15 years old when a younger, male student in a skirt assaulted her in a girls’ bathroom at Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn on May 28, 2021.
Let's be clear. There is literally no chance that Loudoun Schools will not lose this lawsuit. They may have there smallish rabid pro-woke base to help them politically, but in a court of law facing a jury of normal Americans they cannot justify allowing a known rapist into their school, hiding the assault, and then going after the parents of the victim when they bring it up. All because the rapist is transgender and they have to protect the transgender at all costs.
They might as well filed the lawsuit against themselves
In this case, it won't matter who the judge is, what the jury instructions are, or anything else. The simple majority of any random 12 Americans will be guaranteed to come to the conclusion that the school acted with malice against the victim and did so with no good reason other than their persona politics (which should never have a place in a school). Lord forbid they get a few fathers of daughters on the jury. That could get ugly.
The jury will reward the victim here and punish the school. $30 million might not be enough.
