Sounds like everyone around Fetterman wanted him to run, but did he want to run?
Now that John Fetterman has moved from a general hospital for unexplained physical issues to a mental illness clinic for clinical depression, the questions are starting to fly. But no longer is the question whether or not John Fetterman can do his job as Senator, but whether he still wanted the job as Senator after suffering a debilitating stroke that left him seriously handicapped.
The buzz now is that Fetterman was not the one pushing for his name to remain on the ballot. Rather it was a power hungry wife, local Democrats, as well as the national party who wanted to make sure he did not have to be replaced on the ballot (which would have almost guaranteed the GOP held that seat). Instead of replacing him, they did everything in their power to hide or underplay the obvious physical and mental disabilities that Fetterman was (and still is) suffering from so that the could be elected. This plan was successful as nearly half of his voters were unaware of any issues at all.
Whether he could serve is entirely a different thing. That was a problem for later.
As it stands, Fetterman is experiencing unexplained physical problems that have required hospitalization. To be checked into hospital in 2023 means there is something serious going on. Hospitals rely so much more on testing and outpatient treatments that they only house a fraction of the beds that they once had. To be literally hospitalized should not be downplayed as it has been in the press.
He is also suffering from clinical depression (an ongoing depression that generally goes into weeks rather than days) and has checked himself in for treatment. I think anyone objectively watching this from afar would not believe that this was his first rodeo with a therapist. People generally do not go from perfectly normal to being so depressed as to need in-patient treatment overnight. This has probably been building for some time and no doubt he has been treated for depression unsuccessfully through out-patient sessions. Who know how long this has been going on.
But I am getting a sense (as are a lot of people) that John Fetterman is not the culprit here, but rather is quite possibly the victim. Obviously winning the Senate seat has cause a reaction quite the opposite of happiness. It has caused depression so severe as to require him to be checked into a mental health facility. The stress of the job may also be a contributor to his physical issues.
Nearly everyone these days has dealt with depression and mental health issues. Some have dealt with it personally, while almost everyone probably knows someone who has suffered. This is no joke, and pushing people with mental health issues is not a healthy concept. Hopefully the left will stop propping up John Fetterman and please (for the sake of everyone involved) let's stop the stupid talk of a Presidential run. Let's instead focus on letting the guy get better.
Just a coincidence!
So Trump announces that he's going to thr Ohio disaster site and one hour later FEMA finally says they will send resources. WTF?
