Tale of two realities?

On one side we have the 15-30 years old Epstein story and on the other we have the decade old Russian collusion story.

For starters... both sides believe that the other side is creating a story to distract from the more important story. Both sides are demanding that the other side is purposely ignoring their story, in spite of it being the most important thing that everyone should be focused on. Both sides are arguing that their story is the real story and that nobody really cares about the other story. My best guess here is that the general voting public doesn't care much about either story. They are more concerned with things closer to real time, you know like the economy, wars, and things that actually affect them.
As previously suggested in the post from the other day, Harry Enten was doing some polling analysis and found that Trump is not suffering from the allegations of ties to Jeffrey Epstein and that the general public simply does not find the story all that important. I would suspect that more polling on the new Russian collusion story will be equally seen as another dud of a story. I mean, is anything really new here... in either story?
Perhaps both sides would be better off trying to deal with what is happening in the world today.
