Says 100,000 ballots in the state need to be adjudicated
Now adjudicated does not mean counted. Adjudicated by definition are disputed ballots that need to be ruled on. From what many are saying these include ballots with no signatures and no dates that were disputed rather than disqualified, in spite of the fact the Pennsylvania Supreme Court made it clear that they could no be counted. So contrary to popular belief in some circles, there are not 100,000 more ballots left to count, but rather 100,00 ballots to look at. There is little reason to believe that a majority of these ballots will be counted, much less the full 100,000.
Obviously provisional ballots are from people who had some issue voting. Sometimes provisional ballots end up being counted, but many times they do not.
I doubt anyone is complaining about military ballots being counted. If those are slow to come in, well that is something we have widely accepted. But there are not likely many of these and they will not likely help Casey.
Other types of "overseas" ballots have become something of an issue, because we quite literally do not have that many eligible US citizens living abroad that should still be voting in our elections. But we seem to be seeing an awful lot of them in recent elections.
At this point, it would appear that any Election day ballot not counted is a disputed ballot, as there is no suggesting that anyone is still just counting votes.
Since the time that the Secretary of State sent out this message it would appear that maybe 10-20K more ballots were counted and updated in the system and now McCormick is leading by about 35,000 rather than 32,000, yet some are still refusing to call the race. While it might be mathematically possible for Casey to win, there is little reason to suspect that whatever is still in dispute would go in one direction (sans some form of voter fraud).
This sort of thing is what pisses people off. Not sure why some of these politicians (and Smith is supposed to be a Republican) believe that people really "want" votes still being counted on Friday after the election and these elections not settled. The vast majority of Americans not only want these elections called early, but they hate the dragging out of it with the white hot passion of a thousand burning suns. Moreover, it makes these states (who cannot figure it out) look like amateurs or worse yet, it makes them look dishonest.
I hope that circuit court decision about elections being complete by election gets upheld by the USSC next term. The basic concept is that all ballots must be cast by election day and the concept of "cast" is not just having it in the mail or otherwise filled out sitting somewhere. That every ballot would have been collected and be able to be counted by election day. If this means expanding early access to absentee and mail-in ballots and coming up with a more expediated way for the USPS to make sure they are delivered quickly then so be it. But imagine an election where all 50 states have all of their official valid ballots and can count everything until complete without having to wait days or even weeks for more ballots to count. You know, like all of the elections we had for the first 20 decades or so.
Wouldn't that be something!

Dear panicking Reddit user, Hi, I’m part of the transition team that will help you navigate the massive changes that will be taking place under part two of the Trump administration. I understand that you have been led to believe that you will all be sent to concentration camps…(well those of you who aren’t deported…JK) but the truth is a lot more boring. So, first of all, none of you are going to be arrested, fined, jailed, have your property confiscated or sold into slavery. I know your gender studies professor has been claiming otherwise since March, but the only people actually in danger of anything bad happening to them are those who actually break the law, and they…
Well what do you know

The blatant weaponization of government by partisan activists in the federal bureaucracy is yet another reason why the Biden-Harris administration is in its final days.
At my direction, the Division of Emergency Management is launching an investigation into the federal government’s targeted discrimination of Floridians who support Donald Trump.
New leadership is on the way in DC, and I’m optimistic that these partisan bureaucrats will be fired.
