Recent court decisions turns liberals into mush

The reactions are childish and laughable

So to be clear, the idea of affirmative action in college was supported by around a quarter of Americans. The student loan forgiveness was only popular until you asked people about how it was going to be paid for. Apparently vast majorities didn't want to raise taxes or increase tuition to pay for it and it begs the question where they expected the money to come from. Most people favor religious freedom and the idea of of individual free speech and they oppose the state imposing ideology on their citizens.

The USSC is not out of touch here folks. The liberal Democrats and their supporters are the ones out of touch.

Either way, we finally saw the long overdue ruling that finally overturned affirmative action as a means to determine who gets into school. This was no doubt the highlight and probably caused the most consternation. There was the ruling that overturned the Biden Administration's illegal promise to provide billions in student loan forgiveness. That was another big one that really drove the left crazy (especially those children who were tricked by the Biden administration into believing this would happen). There were also a couple of decisions favoring people's individual religious rights over the States attempts to manage peoples beliefs and actions. These might have made a bigger splash if not for the other rulings and the reality that it is now becoming redundant.

These were all 6-3 decisions and in no way was there ever any real doubt as to how they would shake out. Anyone suggesting that there was any chance these could go any other way were lying or naïve. These are also likely very popular decisions with most of America. What we are seeing is the revival of the "silent majority" who is being drowned out by an extremely loud and obnoxious minority.

Make no mistake the recent attacks on the court was simply a timed effort to undermine the rulings and fire up the liberal base. They knew they were going to lose these decisions and they wanted to take political advantage of it by shifting the blame from their own wrongmindedness to the court. I believe that Democrats have taken the strategy that they can no longer win these arguments straight up or garner majority support for them. So they will appeal to their base and get their media cronies to act as if this small minority actually represents something bigger.

This has all the makings of another 1994 contract with American silent majority whitewash one of these elections. Democrats are hanging on by the skin of their teeth, winning contested elections through ballot harvesting, questionable GOTV drives, and early voting scams. But these are manipulations and short term tactics. Those types of strategy successes cannot last forever.
