8 inch spiders are invading the United States and it must be Trump's fault!

'Because their main methods of dispersal are to either 'balloon' with the wind, or hitch rides on cars,' PhD student and ecologist José R. Ramírez-Garofalo told DailyMail.com, 'they are generally going to spread to where the wind blows, or where humans are.' 

Ramírez-Garofalo, who currently conducts research for Rutgers' Lockwood Lab, added that while the Jorō spider will likely be able to take advantage of warming temperatures along the northeastern seaboard, their hitchhiking and parachuting methods are sure to take them farther than some other invasives. 

Apparently these are set to hit New York sometime in 2024 and are currently working their way up the coast. From what they are saying, these creatures are not dangerous to humans (thank god), unless you consider how many people will die from heart attacks after encountering an 8" spider in random passing. Democrats are looking at a new bill that would grant them permanent status, voting rights, and assign them voting advocates to assist with the filling out of ballots and such. They are hoping to push this through in time for the 2024 election!
