No law enforcement officer who was hit by a vehicle has ever been found guilty of murder for shooting the perp.

This is just a fact. Not an opinion or an argument. A simple truth that cannot be argued away.

No Sherriff or deputy, no police officer, no state trooper, and no federal agent has ever been convicted of murder for shooting the person who hit them with a vehicle. Those situations where law enforcement has been charged and convicted for killing someone "in a vehicle" in every case involved someone already fleeing from the scene where it was determined that they did not pose an immediate threat to anyone. Even those cases have been evolving and there was a time not too long ago where officers could shoot at someone who was just fleeing.
Either way, that was not the case here. While some may argue that she was "intending" to flee rather than intending to ram a federal agent, the fact remains that she did ram a federal agent. Moreover, even if her "intention" mattered in this case, how can anyone say for sure what her intention was? It takes quite a stretch to make some absolute assumption about a motive or intention that wouldn't square with the reality that she did actually ram a federal officer with an SUV. Moreover, you would have to somehow prove that this absolute assumption was not only true, but that the agent in question somehow also would know this alternate intention, even as the reality was that she struck him. The concept at the core is ridiculous. You cannot charge murder on possible assumptions that not only cannot be proven, but seem to contradict what actually happened.
So what liberals would like here is for every precedent, every legal opinion on the subject, and all common sense, to be turned on it's head. On top of that, they would like the actual facts of what happened to be ignored and their personal assumptions and personal opinions about the situation to replace them. Not uncommon here in the current political environment, but the fact that stupid is not uncommon doesn't make it any less stupid.

White Girl George Floyd Isn’t Working.
The country is looking for prosperity. It’s looking for cultural renewal. It wants the illegals to go home and the radical leftists to shut up.
And at the end of the day, when it looks at Minnesota, what it has to say is not “we stand with Renee” but rather “where did all of our money go?”
(4) that peace officers should exercise special care when interacting with individuals with known physical, mental health, developmental, or intellectual disabilities as an individual's disability may affect the individual's ability to understand or comply with commands from peace officers.
Well... she was a Minnesota liberal? He may have been required to exercise special care with someone of intellectual disability!
Walz signed the damn law
– Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz is facing mounting criticism after forcefully condemning the fatal ICE shooting of Renee Nicole Good, declaring that she was “dead in her car for no reason whatsoever.” The problem for Walz, critics say, is that Minnesota law already answers that question- and he personally signed it into law. In 2020, Walz approved reforms to Minnesota Statute §609.066, which explicitly allow law enforcement officers to use deadly force if a vehicle accelerates toward them and poses an immediate threat, without requiring officers to wait until impact.
