I still go back to Georgia, where Trump won in 2016 by 6, where Brian Kemp won by 8 in 2022, where Trump is leading by 9 for 2024, but still somehow managed to lose in 2020 even as the local Republicans won both houses by large margins in the same election. The concept is almost unfathomable by any real statistical measures.
While it is true that Georgia going to Trump would not have changed the results, one has to believe that both Republican Senate Candidates (who also won on election night, but failed to get to 50% and avoid a runoff) were probably also screwed over by cheating in Fulton, Gwinnett (at the very least). We were talking just a couple thousand votes that would have put both of those GOP Candidates in the Senate (and would have prevented Biden from having a Senate Majority). The suspected cheating in the two counties combined was somewhere in the 40K-50K area.
Either way, these are promising numbers for Trump and it would appear that the inclusion of Kennedy and West is not really changing the dynamics all that much either way.

The issue from Fulton (as I have seen it unfold) is that the entire election staff quit shortly after the new laws were passed and the lawsuits started to flow in. The new election team could not validate the recount numbers based the physical count of the ballots being around 15K short of what was reported.
If there are allegations that ballots were destroyed that might account for why they were short.
