Civil rights case regarding the collusion between the Biden administration and social media to censor politically inconvenient information

From true information about the the Covid vaccine and mask wearing to true information about Hunter Biden... the Administration pressured social media companies to censor information they didn't want the public to hear.

The Administration attempted to get the lawsuit tossed and were unsuccessful. Their performance so far in court has been nothing that they believe that it is their right to censor the American public and that there are first Amendment limitations that extend to censoring anyone questioning government policy and saying bad things about Biden and his family.

Not sure if this is arrogance or stupidity.
