Looks like Haley will not lose in a crushing defeat, but defeat nonetheless.

55-44 with 60% counted

Obviously tracking delegates at this point is nonsensical. However, Trump has 31, Haley 14, DeSantis 9, and Ramaswamy 3. But now one has to wonder where does Haley go from here?

Like Iowa, Haley outspent Trump by massive amounts. She has focused on New Hampshire for months. Furthermore, New Hampshire allows "undeclared" voters to vote in either primary and many Democrats and liberals were telling people to cross over and vote for Haley. Even with all that work and the support of liberals, she looks to be falling well short.

That being said, I am a little bit surprised that Trump is only garnering 55% of the vote. I expected something over 60%. I don't believe this is a big show of strength for him. But I think things will improve for the bad orange man once we move back into Caucus and closed primary states.

There is only one reason for Haley to stay in the race. To slime Trump and make him waste time, effort and most of all money in battling her instead of focusing on Biden and/or whoever the Democrats might replace him with. This is neither delusion nor ego. This is pure political calculus and backstabbing. If you needed any proof of her utter lack of character and her true allegiances, this is proof positive.
