Update: at least one other person is getting the error, so assuming it is happening for everyone.
I have a ticket into Wix Support, but so far all they have responded with was a request for more information.
I never heard back from the support person, but perhaps they figured it out!

fyi had a windows update (which I use with edge browser) last night and now my scrolling which wasn't working properly for months on another site is working properly. Not sure if there is a relationship or just coincidence but so noted.
