In the summer of 2020, the city allowed thousands of Black Lives Matter protesters to take over streets in D.C. without any permit. The police watched as protesters wrote slogans and slurs on stores, streets, and sidewalks with paint and chalk. No one was arrested.
However, later two pro-life advocates in a protest in front of a D.C. Planned Parenthood facility were immediately arrested when they chalked “Black Pre-Born Lives Matter” on a public sidewalk.
Chief Judge Boasberg previously held that they had no right to challenge the selective enforcement of the laws. They simply had to plead guilty and accept that their views were not given the same official tolerance.
So this judge believed that official tolerance should now be a legal thing huh? As in it becomes up to the "officials" to determine which views deserve punishment and which views do not deserve punishment. Obviously the Judge here was wrong in this ruling. If the DC courts overturned it, there is no reason to believe that the USSC would back the trial judge here. DC appeals is about as liberal as they come.
To some degree there are actually two ways of looking at it. One would be that a pro-life group is simply deserving of punishment because they hold a view that is not popular with D.C. officials and quite obviously the judge. The other would be that the BLM protests after the George Floyd fentanyl suicide were just given a pass because of the pretense and narrative of the fentanyl death actually being a racist murder just simply made these people lose all control. We couldn't help it your honor. We were gaslighted!
I figure that the judge in this case probably saw a bit of both. But it is telling and chilling that a judge would offer this as an official decision. Actually writing a ruling and sentencing people to actual jailtime because he openly doesn't like their social stance and telling them too bad about the blatant hypocrisy. I mean it is one thing to make up a poor legal excuse to do the exact same thing (and likely get away with it). But to actually make your true politicized intolerance known to all by making it part of your ruling? Well this man believes he is just really special. His believes are better than those who disagree and therefore those who disagree need to be punished. Typical liberal.
At the end of the day liberals hate the constitution and the bill of rights for exactly this reason. They are not interested in everyone being treated the same, everyone being allowed their own views, much less everyone having actual rights. Rights are only for those who tow the line. Everyone must goosestep with the neo-Nazi liberal views of oppressing dissent.
Why? Because it's the only way they can win arguments. By shutting down the other view.

I guess if justice was equal they would have received 33 years and been held in jail until their trial in an extremely small cell.
Imagine the outrage if justice was equal
but some people are obviously above the law
