So nobody honest in the legal community believes that an actual case can be made against Donald Trump in regards to the Jan 6th riot. The idea of someone literally telling people to march peacefully, then putting out Tweets and messages for people to not be violent and respect the blue... being charged with incitement is a whole new level of stupid that can only be explained by a derangement syndrome that goes so deep as to be an actual mental illness.
Keep in mind that during the BLM riots over George Floyd, Democrats openly called for more protests and riots and people like Kamala Harris literally bailed the violent rioters that caused billions in damages out of jail so they could get back out on the streets and do it again. But once again, there are two tiers of justice and people like Merrick Garland doesn't even pretend differently.

Trump will be indicted by those secure in the knowledge that no matter what they charge him with, even in light of a complete and total lack of evidence, a TDS-afflicted jury will reliably return a guilty verdict.
