As media members run retractions and corrections regarding supposed Trump statements to Georgia officials, confirmation of these lies (recording) was found in the trash folder of a prosecutor?
So apparently Trump never did tell anyone to "find the fraud" nor did he suggest that any Georgia officials would be considered a "national hero" for doing so.
Apparently Trump only asked specifically about things that were entirely consistent with his election challenges. His actual statements were more akin to general statements such as “if you investigate you’re going to find things including dishonesty”.
What happened here is that one media outlet made reports about things that Trump supposedly said (but didn't). Then other media outlets ran with the same story. CNN even suggested that they had "independently" verified the statements. This led to liberal outrages including Democrats in congress "impeaching" Trump without a hearing.
Moreover, when our Congress "impeached" the President for his behavior regarding the Georgia phone calls and Jan 6th actions they relied entirely on media reports over actual evidence. This was not only lazy, but dangerously unconstitutional under any normal judicial situation. No "media report" would ever see the light of day in a court of law. It is literally not considered evidence.
The worm seems to be turning with many legal analysts and even some political pundits. There is now a suggestion that if New York or Georgia move forward with charges and they are beaten in court (either with dismissals, acquittals, hung juries, or even overturning on appeal), that it will simply strengthen the former President and add to his appeal with voters.
Most are now admitting that the best hope (and the TDS crowd is hoping with all their hearts) for a legitimate Trump charge rests with Jack Smith and the Federal classified records special counsel. Obviously given the situation with the current President and the pass previously provided to Secretary Clinton, that sort of prosecution would be equally seen as politically motivated, but would have much better legal standing. Like it or not, legal hypocrisy and picking and choosing your targets is not a real defense in the court (as much as it would be in the court of public opinion).
Clinton committed crimes, Biden committed crimes, Trump committed crimes... all arguably within the strictest sense of the law. But just like you would not get out of a speeding ticket by demanding to the judge that "everyone else was speeding" - Trump could not put up a legal defense that Clinton and Biden did it too.
So the trans day of violence arrived early in Nashville and not at the USSC on April 1.
If only we had some kind of a warning or something:
Not even close, Cali.
Having said that, we find ourselves in an absolute scourge of mental illness in this country. When I was a kid we used to treat the mentally ill. Now we celebrate them on Tik Tok and let them teach our kids.
We're fucked.
And I agree there maybe true transgenders but it is no where near the populace of people we are now seeing
The mentally ill shouldn’t have guns
Well that settles it.
Cannot allow any Transgender people near guns or kids, huh?
