Inflation unexpectedly up again...

Real incomes dropped 0.2% in September...

Well this is considered bad news, unless you are Paul Krugman, then you can find something to brag about.

I guess if we do no include housing, energy costs, or food... then inflation actually dropped. Of course since most Americans do not pay rent or utilities or require food according to Paul Krugman, we have defeated inflation! Way to go!

Of course, for that small percentage of Americans who do live in housing, pay utilities, or eat food... then those unlucky few are still losing their war on inflation. I guess it is just a matter of perspective, huh?

Either way, many feel that even the numbers we are seeing are a bit skewed and may not represent the real inflation or our real wages. Not like people actually "trust" the government to give us real numbers anymore. But even to the degree that they are real, they are not very good. Most certainly we are still "at war" with Bidenomics.
