Well I guess if Alvin Bragg and gang are not going to protect their own police officers, then it is up to others to do so. Apparently on their way to California probably to garner some much needed welfare checks, they were arrested on the greyhound bus by ICE.
Now they are facing possible federal charges at worse, or deportation at best. Of course deporting them now sort of defeats the purpose, as they will likely just cross back over the very next day.
I would be curious as to why the people in New York tasked to protect their citizens and enforce the law are not demanding these people are not brought back to New York, where they can be held without bail until they face a trial for the beating of several cops.
Perhaps while being held without bail, they could receive a visit or two from friendly NYPD officers who might want to wish them good luck or something of that nature. You know, one of those encounters where everyone takes a break and leaves them alone for a few minutes without any cameras on.
