I called this!

Trump filed the counterclaim on Tuesday that alleged that Carroll defamed him when she accused him of raping her during an appearance on CNN on May 10, which is just a day after a nine-member jury found that Trump did not commit rape. According to the counterclaim, Trump alleged that Carroll defamed him when she said, “oh yes he did, oh yes he did,” in response to an interview question on CNN asking for her thoughts on the jury’s ruling that Trump was not liable for rape.

Of course. This makes perfect sense. What is good for the gander is good for the goose. If Trump can be sued for denying something that the jury believe he might have done (some form of unwanted sexual touching) then Trump can sue her back for restating her allegations of rape (even as the jury decided against her).

Why is it that Carroll believes Trump cannot deny specific allegations that were determined in court to be true, but she can make her own allegations that were determined in court not to be true. Either we respect the jury decision or we don't. But what we cannot do is decide Trump needs to follow what the Jury ruled on, but Carroll does not.

This was as obvious to me as the smug look the Donald has in this picture! My only real question is why didn't Carroll and her legal team see this coming. All she would have had to do is keep her mouth shut (as she expected Trump to do). Perhaps she believes she is legally untouchable because of her "victim" status. But wow... this is hypocrisy at it's finest.

I'm waiting for "I Am Jazz" to become "I Am Dead."

It's a matter of when, not if. That kid is fucked.
