Hunter indicted on the least of his concerns...

Following years of investigation and a scuttled plea deal that would have granted Hunter Biden broad immunity, the Department of Justice (DOJ) has now followed through and formally indicted him on federal firearms charges.

Btw... is this an example of trying to get the news away from an impeachment investigation and into something else? Seems like every time Biden is is hit with bad news, there is a criminal indictment just around the corner?

Of course, this charge does not change the fact that Weiss has overseen an investigation that recommended felony tax charges against Hunter as far back as 2018. To be clear, the gun charges is (at least politically) the least of the Biden concerns.

Is this it? One has to wonder when or if Weiss will bring the tax charges that Hunter had previously agreed to plead guilty for. Weiss cannot just pretend that those charges no longer exist because he brought gun charges.

Now we find out if the Biden team will argue that his father's gun law (pushed by Biden when he was a Senator) is unconstitutional. Go figure.
