Hunter Biden's attorneys suggest blanket immunity legally in place...

The only reason that Weiss and the rest of the DOJ clowns didn't agree with Biden attorneys during hearing was politics. They did not want the general public to know they provided Biden with blanket immunity for all of his crimes...

I think everyone knows that the Biden team and the Weiss team were in agreement and trying to put a fast one over on the judge in question. When it didn't work, the DOJ pretty much had to deny what they already agreed to or else it would look extremely bad. It would look that way, well because it is extremely bad.

It would be one thing if this was some public defender with an overwhelming case load who let something slip through the cracks and let a better attorney outwit him/her. But this was the highest of high level DOJ attorneys who were caught with their collective pants down trying to put an end to the Biden investigation even as they suggested in court that the investigation was still ongoing. They were not outwitted, they were in collusion.

To some degree that would have been a better ending if the Judge had gotten the DOJ to just admit that this was it, that Hunter was getting blanket immunity, and that they were just too confused by the complexity of the case to be able to determine who the big guy is and why 20 million made it from Ukraine and China into Biden family coffers. Sorry your honor. But we have just plum run out of leads and just need to move on. At least they could no longer use the "ongoing investigation charade" when they refuse to answer question before congress.

As it stands, they will attempt to use the "ongoing special counsel" excuse as their new reason why nobody an answer any questions, especially about the blanket immunity and why this was offered to the President's son. While some (Mitch McConnell) do not want the House to go the route of impeachment, it appears that the Administration is doing everything in it's power to undermine the current investigations. With an impeachment inquiry they will have legal subpoena power that will be backed by the courts if the Administration or DOJ or Special Counsel decides to ignore them. It may be the only way to get from here to there.

Oh, and now that they were not able to put one over on the Delaware judge they are moving the entire case over to the DC court system, where the chances of them getting a lacky who will sign off an anything is 100%. They claim it is because they now need to go to court and they cannot do it in Delaware. If you believe that I have a bridge on some ocean front property to sell you.
