How nasty do you have to be?

Democrats voting against a bill that deports illegals who commit sex crimes?

So someone is here illegally. They are arrested and found guilty of a sex crime. But apparently some Democrats do not want to deport them? By some, I mean a majority and by majority I mean 158 of them voted to keep these illegal sex offenders in the country. Only 51 Democrats voted for the bill. I am not sure exactly what the logic is for voting against the bill, or at least the public logic. The private logic is that these are potential Democratic voters, but you obviously cannot give that reasoning to your voters.
