How does Iran get out of this one?

This drubbing could not possibly have been unexpected.

Israel is clobbering Iran in ever way imaginable. They are hitting military targets, they are hitting strategic targets, and they are hitting everything they aim at. They are killing Iranian leadership, military leadership, and nuclear scientists. Other Iranian leaders are fleeing and apparently citizens are leaving Tehran in anticipation of an upcoming Israeli strike.
Yet, at least publicly, Iran is suggesting that they are continuing to fight and suggesting that they are still punishing Israel with their attacks. While they have killed a dozen or so Israelis and injured many more, this is small change compared to what is happening to them. At this point, the Iranian population is at a tipping point. To some degree, they are still cheering in the streets over scenes of missile attacks over Israeli lands. But ultimately as more and more Iranian leaders flee the country and as more and more Iranian citizens are forced to leave their homes, eventually it has to become obvious that none of they are not going to win this war.
Now, of course, this is the Middle East. When US Special Forces entered Afghanistan back in the early 2000's locals came to meet them in battle riding horses and carrying swords. They don't seem to have a great concept as to where they stand in the military world. Most of these people have probably lived their lives believing that they are superior to the Zionists in every way, including military. It must be disheartening to see what is happening to their country.
Lastly, at some point the whole martyr issue falls apart. The idea from Hamas in Gaza was to try to provoke a larger war. They did encourage Hezbollah to join the fray, only to see Hezbollah beaten to shreds as well. Finally Iran (the sleeping giant) was awakened, only to show the world that they are in no better position than anyone else to take on Israel. Unless you really see this exploding into an almost world war situation, the Muslim extremist front seems to have emptied their chambers here and have very little to show for it. Who might be next to actually join the fray? The only Muslim country capable is probably Pakistan, but Pakistan doesn't join without this thing escalating.
Iran will attempt, no doubt, to suggest that they want to negotiate and then slide something past everyone and make promises that everyone knows they will not keep. That is how it has been with them since Obama decided to kiss Iranian butt. But it will be a while before Trump or anyone else is willing to pucker up in the same manner.

ICE protestor loses ball and other bruised
A man who was out protesting against ICE raids in downtown Los Angeles this week spoke with KTLA after an officer’s close-range shot to his groin with a rubber bullet severely bruised one of his testicles… and “shattered” the other.
“It sucks to sit down,” the 33-year-old demonstrator, Martin Santoyo, said to start off the interview.
Santoyo, who is now home from the hospital but still in recovery and can’t walk, said the incident happened on Monday in the area of Temple Street, just after he got off his bicycle within the crowd of protesters and law enforcement. He noted that before this happened, he did not hear any officers declaring an “unlawful…
