Murkowski, Collins, and turtle head McConnell voted no
Can't wait till Kentucky replaces McConnell. The man cannot leave the Senate quick enough for my taste. At this point he seems to be little more than an old man who wants to play the thorn in the side of Trump and the GOP. Not sure even who he is trying to impress anymore?
Either way it doesn't matter if Hegseth was confirmed by one vote or if it was unanimous. He is now the new Secretary of Defense. I have never given much of a shit about these appointees, but I am very excited to see what Pete and a few others do in their new positions. But the best part of this right now is watching the left meltdown.
