Harris finally agrees to do an interview and it looks to be backfiring

She refused to do a live interview and has to have an emotional support male with her at all times so she does not get picked on.

This is not good optics. Even the liberal main stream media is questioning the decision to have Harris bring her VP along for her first sit down with the press. Perhaps at some time a joint interview might be appropriate, although I am not sure I ever really remember such a thing from days gone by. Trump and Vance have not sat down together with a reporter. I don't recall Biden and Harris doing a joint interview. Trump and Pence never double tagged Sean Hannity. Did Hillary and what's his face do any interviews together? I don't know, but it seems strange and strangely weak.

Moreover, we are now finding out that the interview will not even be a live interview. It will be taped and very likely edited. In other words, CNN is doing an infomercial rather than some sort of actual hard hitting interview. This is causing more stir among those who are criticizing her lack of interaction with the media, as well as causing issues with those who are trying to defend her. Sounds like some of these people are getting tired of doing so.

Oh yeah... Hillary's running mate was Tim Kaine. That name just came to me.

At the end of the day, this interview might have created more questions that it answered and if is anything other than a slick media style fluff piece then it will be bad for her campaign and actually quite surprising.

Megyn Kelly @megynkelly

The campaign claims she is going to give an interview but not solo -- it will be w/Walz, her Emotional Support Governor.
