DA Peter Skandalakis filed to dismiss all charges against President Donald Trump and 14 defendants in the Fulton County election interference case.

Skandalakis took this case over from Fani Willis and is going to do what most people believe would be done. He is going to drop the case. Trying to both manage all of the issues surrounding the legalities of the situation and actually proving that this was some sort of ongoing coordinated criminal conspiracy that would fall under the elements of racketeering is next to impossible.

This isn't a rumor or a buzz. The official notification has been sent to the court with a motion to drop the charges. I guess it is possible that the judge would disagree and order someone to prosecute, but that would seem like a pretty big stretch. This is likely over.

Update: The Judge approved the dismissal!

To recap, the two Jack Smith cases were dropped. The New York banking lawsuit judgement was dropped from a half a billion to zero (and the case in general is likely to be overturned or dropped as well). The actual New York criminal record keeping case has been remanded back to the district court to determine whether the case should have been moved to a Federal court, which long story short may very well end up with that case being dismissed as well. For all of the hoopla over the various charges against Trump, the only result that will likely stick is the Jean E Carroll sexual assault lawsuit.
