Georgia constituents lash out at Fanni Willis...

At the end of the day, she is taking lavish vacations at taxpayer expense while she pushes forward with a frivolous criminal case against a former President and current Presidential candidate

I'm done with Fulton County fumbling our elections. I'm done with the gross mismanagement of our taxpayer dollars by the Fulton County Democrats on this body.  I'm disgusted at [sic] the information that is coming out of the District Attorney's office, as a taxpayer. I am done with most of your silence at the DA's apparent love affair with the special prosecutor and gross mismanagement of taxpayers' dollars to pursue what appears to be a frivolous lawsuit, based off of partisan politics.

Well it is not a lawsuit as we generally think about it, but it certainly has an ambulance chaser sort of feel about it. It is in fact a lowly county prosecutor who is prosecuting a case that those who have real jurisdiction wisely decided against. She is the child who is stomping her feet and holding her breath while pretending that she is doing something noble. All this is being done in typical liberal fashion, by spending other people's money for your own pet causes.

The citizen is correct... about everything but calling the criminal charges a lawsuit. Fulton county is the epitome of poorly run elections, generally taking days to count the amount of votes that other counties count on election night. The fact that they seem to be accused of so many oddities and misdeeds at best shows that they are disorganized, do not follow protocol, and seem to flaunt rules as a matter of principle. Now their county prosecutor is demanding criminal charges be filed at the man who led the charge in exposing the election Fulton county election antics (among other counties). Fulton county still has an unexplained difference of almost 20,000 votes between what the reported to the Secretary of State and what they can physically account for.

Now new laws and an entirely new election board seemed to put Fulton country back into the Georgia mainstream. We did not see any crazy numbers, large late night vote drops to the Secretary of State, or any allegations of cheating. Not too surprisingly, Governor Kemps numbers were back in line to where Fulton county was in 2016 when the last time there was a Governor race. No odd 30% plus increase in voter turnout (even as mail in ballots were light). No recordings of people running votes through the machines multiple times. No sending poll watchers home and then continuing to count.

Fanni Willis does not represent Georgia. I promise you that. She is a rogue county prosecutor who is aiming way above her head, who is only a hero in the eyes of the truly deranged anti-Trump crowd who cares very little about any political norms or the rule of law. It is a scorched earth strategy of get the bad orange man by any means possible.
