The Loudoun School Board wants to spend $11 million to install gender-neutral school bathrooms.
You know, instead of funding teachers or improving education. Oh, they’ll also cut special education funding.
It’s also disgusting the board is even thinking about this since a transgender female raped a female in a bathroom in a Loudoun school. He allegedly assaulted another girl at another Loudoun school.
So likely quite a few students will real special needs are going to have reduced resources so a handful of pretend special needs students will not have to endure the horrors of going to the same bathroom as they have been going to their whole lives. While there may be an argument out there that transgender students should have some consideration granted, it seems crazy to think that it will come at the expense of people with real disabilities who are not just unhappy about where they go to the bathroom.
A person with autism, or learning disabilities do not need assistance to help them cope with being upset. These are necessary resources for them to be able to live a productive, happy, and healthy life. You appease the so-called transgender child (who is simply upset) temporarily. In doing so, you make the decision to undermine other children for the rest of their lives.
How is this fair?
Yep... you go from "we just want same sex marriage" to "let's cut special needs funding to pay for gender neutral bathrooms so children who want to dress and act like the opposite sex feel like they fit in". No slippery slope there.
