FBI did not believe they had probable cause to raid Mar-a-Lago.

But Biden/Garland insisted in bringing a late night raid with armed agents filling up twelve cars.

So, not only did they not feel they had probable cause, but everything points to the fact that Trump and his attorneys were cooperating with the investigation. This was purely a political act led by the President and the Attorney General. This was never a law enforcement decision. Moreover, it was extremely disrespectful to the entire concept of our Presidency and the respect that is generally provided them.

This doesn't feel like a new story, as most people already assumed that this was political. We have also heard similar buzz in the past. But now the receipts have been produced and it turns out that officially the FBI had to be ordered to go on a raid that they didn't feel was necessary. All so Biden, Garland, Smith and others could push their political rhetoric out to the world.

Lawfare has failed the Democrats, at least as it pertains to Trump.
