The Georgia court of appeals will hear Trump's appeal that Willis should be removed from the case and the charges dropped.
This will take some time and the only guarantee Fulton county has on this case is that it will be heard and decided before next March if they can get it docketed within the next few weeks here. If this is not docketed by July, then it could be even longer.
Now that is not to say that it might not get heard and decided faster than next March. But even the quickest turnaround with the appeal challenge rejected by the appeals court would not provide enough time for Fulton to likely put the case together before the election. Moreover, I would have to guess that either side could probably appeal the decision by this court as well. Lastly, the court in question is not known for quick action. Depending on the make up of the judges and their own personal beliefs about the situation, I would guess that there is a good chance that they may not be in any hurry.
So it would look like Trump is looking at the New York falsification of business records trial currently going on, with an outside possibility of Jack Smith pushing the fraud against the United States case forward in September or October if everything goes his way in the immunity challenge. That being said, many observers feel that the USSC is leaning towards some form of immunity and would likely order that case back to the District court for review of what was and was not official Presidential duty. Who knows how long that might take and whether those decisions can also be appealed.

Georgia State Elections Board held an important hearing yesterday. Fulton County double-scanned ballots and they didn't keep the required ballot images, as required by Georgia law. 380,000 ballot images are missing in Fulton County.
All Biden does is lie.
What the dems always say about Trump
The Law - dems always accuse you of what they do.
Hopefully starting WW3 will be an exception.
President Joe Biden got caught trying too hard to butter up Wisconsin voters when he told an apparently false story about a teacher at his Delaware Catholic high school being drafted by the Green Bay Packers.
'My theology professor at the Catholic school I went to was a guy named Reilley, last name. And he had been drafted by the Green Bay Packers,' Biden said during a speech in Sturtevant, Wisconsin Wednesday.
'And he decided to become a priest before that, so he didn't go. But every single solitary Monday that Green Bay won, we got the last period of the day off,' Biden said
