The far left pollster is showing record lows for the Democratic Party and record highs for the Republican Party.

Voters’ views of the Democratic Party and Republican Party set new records since the Quinnipiac University Poll began asking [registered] voters about the parties in November 2008.
In today’s poll, 31 percent of voters have a favorable opinion of the Democratic Party, while 57 percent have an unfavorable opinion. This is the highest percentage of voters having an unfavorable opinion of the Democratic Party since the Quinnipiac University Poll began asking this question.
Forty-three percent of voters have a favorable opinion of the Republican Party, while 45 percent have an unfavorable opinion. This is the highest percentage of voters having a favorable opinion of the Republican Party since the Quinnipiac University Poll began asking this question.
This marks the biggest favorability advantage the Republican Party (43 percent) has held over the Democratic Party (31 percent) since the Quinnipiac University Poll began asking these questions.
There was a time when Quinnipiac was a reasonably honest pollster and not at all biased towards one political party or the other. So to some degree, this makes this poll all the more amazing. But there seems to be little doubt that Democrats are not really clicking with the American public right now as much as they might believe their indignant ranting 24/7 about Trump should be helping.
Meanwhile we are starting to see a polling reality difference in Trump polling. Overall, Trump is miles ahead of where he was during his first term and over ten points higher than Biden was sitting at the end of his term.

However, I just got a news feed that suggested that Trump was currently the lowest polling "new" President we have had by unprecedented numbers. The story focused on the recent "Gallup" poll which shows the President 47-48. Now Gallup generally shows new Presidents with higher approval when they are new to the job. But Trump is not a new to the job President.
You would be better off comparing this polling with the polling of any two term President around the time of their second term. Joe Biden left office with a 39% approval rating from Gallup. I doubt it would have climbed much higher had he won reelection. Obama's polling in the later parts of January 2013 was very similar with numbers anywhere from plus 12 to even. Gallup didn't poll during that period and consistently showed Obama below water for much of his second term.
But we are a nation of two realities today. But even some realities are too hard to over come. One of those is that Democrats are in deep trouble right now and are struggling to right the ship.
It's a rocket ship...
