Did Iran just cave and agree to US terms?

Rumors are that a 60-day cease fire extension agreement is close to being finalized.

The agreement would simply be for Iran to open (and cede control of) the strait in exchange for the US lifting the blockade. The US would not provide any sanction relief or unfreeze any funds until the nuclear issues are settled according to sources. Those issues would be hashed out as part of the 60 days of negotiations. The Iranians will finally be able to sell their oil again and the strait will be open for everyone.
Obviously, we have heard this song and dance before. There is no deal until there is a deal. This sounds exactly like the deal I suggested was on the table over the Memorial Day weekend. But it is not what many in the media was suggesting. It does not provide Iran with any of the numerous perks that the MSM was suggesting they would get. But make no mistake, the MSM wants the US to fail here, and they are openly rooting for Iran. If it turns out Iran caved, there will be heads exploding. They would much rather write that Trump caved and there is no guarantee that they will not cite some unconfirmed Hamas source that says the deal is secretly something else.
From reports, the Iranians may be accepting the fact that the cost of keeping the uranium and their nuclear ambitions alive is too great right now. Their economy is in shambles, their citizens are becoming more and more hateful of the regime, and rumors are that they have resorted to allowing oil to flow into the Persian Gulf rather than cap them.
After all, they have all the time in the world to start fresh in some new underground cavern lab. While this might take them years, they may see that as the better option right now. Whatever they agree to will come with crossed fingers behind their backs. Any deal we get must be one that sets them back and makes it more politically difficult to move forward with their nuclear ambitions.
Lastly, it is possible that Iran will use these 60 days to simply resolve their problem with the backload of oil to be sold, put off capping the wells, and then restart the festivities. Figuring that it provides them with better leverage (as we will be bumping closer to the mid-terms which seems to be an issue for everyone and their brother). I suspect, however that even Trump (who seems obsessed with a making a deal) would find this a bridge too far, and those festivities would not last long. I don't see really finishing the job in Iran to be much more than a 10 to15 day excursion. It wouldn't be pretty.
