Looking at over 2 million dollars in fines and the possibility of five years in prison. Will he see any prison time? Doubtful. I say that because agreeing to anything that serious probably would have prompted him to take his chances in court and hope for some sort of jury nullification. There is no doubt some sort of quiet guarantee that he will get probation and nothing more. He can likely afford the fine or will find some way to have it covered by liberals donating to his cause. So the money is not the issue.

Of course, I hope I am wrong and this man goes to prison. There is so much to hate with these people, and by "these people" I mean those who feel that they can flaunt the norms and laws and everything else in the pursuit of bringing down the bad orange man. Bolton, like so many others, were convinced that there was never a chance that Trump would recover from the 2020 defeat and subsequence lawfare. Turns out Trump did and those who went after him are now getting their comeuppance.
