Chicago Mayor is suing car companies for making cars that are too easy to steal?

You cannot make this shit up? Apparently it is not the fault of the thieves that cars are being stolen, but the fault of car companies for making a car that can be stolen?

So there is no question that Kia and Hyundai made some cars that do not have all of the anti-theft bells and whistles. My 20 year old son bought a Kia and the insurance is about 15% higher because the car is a theft risk. A year different and it could have been even higher.

But to blame crime on a car company that does not do enough to prevent theft is another typical example of a liberal politician blaming everyone else but the criminal for the crime. This is the same guy who criticized people for complaining about the roving gangs of teenage thugs who have been terrorizing Chicago by randomly assaulting people (sending some to the Hospital). He thought that it was "wrong" to demonize children, because children will make mistakes. As if a dozen or so 15-16 year old kids beating up an old lady is just a mistake, like forgetting to turn in your homework or for losing your shoe under the nightstand.

But this is the mindset folks. For the life of me I cannot figure out how these morons think, much less why others are so quick to vote them into office? Do they seriously not give a bigger hoot about people being beat up or cars being stolen? Are they really more worried about protecting the criminal than protecting innocent victims? What exactly is their reasoning? The world today is crazy and getting crazier.
