Carlson vs CNN

Tucker beat them by more than 600% (aka - more than six times the number of viewers)

This is both sad and funny. He doubles MSNBC and more than sextuples CNN? How is that even possible?

It has been in the news recently that CNN believes FOX news is in big trouble. Apparently not a ratings deal, but because of the lawsuit against them by Dominion. Obviously the legal opinions on the merits of this lawsuit are split in the same fashion that opinions on any subject are these days. If you are a liberal legal expert, then Dominion has the strongest case in the history of the world. If you are a conservative legal expert then you suggest that these sorts of lawsuits are extremely hard to win and even harder to beat off appeals (even if you do get a jury verdict).

You would have to show that the lawsuits against Dominion were not real news and that FOX news knowingly pushed them for purposes of malice against Dominion. Lastly they will need to directly tie the executives of FOX News and the parent FOX company to garner any real chance of a big payday.

But either way, FOX news is not going bankrupt because of a lawsuit and neither MSNBC or CNN should be rooting for Dominion (as they would just be next in line for a similar suit). But these days, partisanship trumps logic.

At the end of the day FOX news routinely has every one of the top 10 cable news shows and some days they have the top 15. As in nearly every FOX news show (even the bottom rated ones) are beating the top rated shows from the other networks. Perhaps MSNBC and CNN should be less worried about a lawsuit and more concerned about their ratings (or lack thereof).
